ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE AT PAD
As an Account Executive, you would be required to have the communication skills and knowledge about digital marketing to manage daily jobs on varied category of brands and also deal swiftly with clients. In a nutshell, you’d be responsible for ensuring effective execution for the accounts assigned, efficiently managing the accounts, jointly strategizing for campaigns and client coordination.
Customer Satisfaction – Efficiently managing the account assigned and deliver excellent customer service through correct and on-time delivery of tasks and campaigns to the client as per the guidelines and maintaining high engagement levels for all the clients – Delivers creative content through thorough brand understanding in terms of their digital strategy, objectives and keep a check on the brand having a consistent tone.
Briefing – On receiving client requirements, preparing a descriptive client brief and a task list for internal purpose. Coordinating internally with the servicing and creative team to get the tasks done.
Content Creation – Conducting competitor review, analyzing, timely research on digital media trends could be used for reference to ideate on the content. Driving brainstorming sessions with the creative team and visualization content styles/buckets along with creating monthly calendars for brands.
Client co-ordination – Interact with clients on a daily basis for strategy and execution purposes. Attend client meetings periodically as and when required. Tactfully handle client queries and negotiate when required.
Calendar scheduling – Updating the content bank and scheduling the posts on the calendar on a weekly basis.
Account Execution – Execute the plan and ensuring deliverables are met. Proof-reading the content and once ready, coordinating with the design team for relevant creative for each content post and posting as per the planned calendar – Proactively plan for content based on the festive and marketing calendar
Event Coverage – Attending live events, covering the event schedule, preparing content at the event and posting the same in real time. Also capturing live content that can be used over a period of time.
Reports – Preparing Job Status Reports and send it out every week. Also, preparing monthly and campaign specific reports, getting it approved and ensuring the monthly reports are sent within the first week of the month.
Online Reputation Management- Ensuring conversation on the account pages on all social platform like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. are attained to daily, to ensure goodwill of the brand is maintained resulting in customer delight.
Experience Requirement –
- Atleast one year of experience in social media marketing as an account executive
- Having worked for a pool of minimum four industries
